Last night, when I couldn't sleep, I resorted to one of my favourite procrastination tools: authors@Google. (Another favourite is The Book Depository, but I had no money.) I came across this talk by Tibetan master Mingyur Rinpoche, about the art of meditation. He is really wonderful: funny and warm and engaging. It is an hour long, so make yourself a cup of tea and get comfy. (If you can't spare an hour, just watch the first 15 minutes. You'll get the picture.)
What do you think? I bought his book, The Joy of Living, today. I can't wait to read it.

I'm gonna watch it over dinner and tell you what I thought about it afterwards. oh, I love the book depository, have to wait for the new month though...Laura, I wanted to ask, why are your youtube vids always cut short, you can customize the width, just look it up on blogger what your sizes are and then enter them on youtube. Thanx for your comment on Feathered Love...Love, Jules
Thank you Jules! Yes I always click the smallest size YouTube box but it is still too wide for my blog, lol. I will try to figure it out! xx
PS Yes the book depository is very addictive, I just bought myself WAY too many books... My favourite part is that they always come one-by-one, so it feels as thought I am receiving a little present each day!
